Google Reportedly Shifts Pixel 10 Launch to August 20

Just yesterday, a rumor suggested that Google would unveil its upcoming Pixel 10 series on August 13—the same date the Pixel 9 lineup was announced last year. However, it seems plans have shifted.

A new report claims Google has now rescheduled the launch event to August 20. Alongside the unveiling, pre-orders for the Pixel 10 series are also expected to go live on the same day, likely immediately after the event concludes.

As for availability, the Pixel 10 phones are rumored to begin shipping and hit store shelves on August 28. Of course, all this hinges on whether this latest rumor holds more weight than the previous one.

The Pixel 10 lineup is anticipated to debut with Google's Tensor G5 chipset—marking a significant shift, as it will reportedly be the first Tensor chip manufactured by TSMC instead of Samsung. This change is expected to deliver a notable boost in performance and power efficiency, something Pixel fans have long hoped for.

Stay tuned for official confirmation as the dates draw closer.
