Realme Exec Confirms Neo7 SE with Dimensity 8400 Max, Promises "Long Battery Life"

The Realme Neo7 SE is set to launch this month, and Realme’s Vice President, Chase Xu, has officially confirmed that the phone will feature the Dimensity 8400 Max chipset. Xu also claimed that the Neo7 SE will be the most powerful device in its price range.

The phone is expected to be priced under CNY 2,000 (approximately $275), but it remains unclear if it will launch globally at a similar price point.

Xu emphasized the long-lasting performance and battery life of the Neo7 SE, drawing comparisons to previous Neo SE models from the GT lineup. While the Neo5 SE introduced 100W wired charging, and the Neo6 SE offered the same charging speed along with an 8T LTPO OLED display, the Neo7 SE may take a slightly different approach.

According to TENAA listings, Realme may reduce the charging speed to 80W but increase the battery capacity to an impressive 7,000 mAh. Additionally, there are whispers about an affordable Realme Neo7x powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, though details about this variant remain scarce.

With its powerful chipset and massive battery, the Realme Neo7 SE could be a standout contender in the mid-range smartphone market. Stay tuned for more updates as the official launch approaches!
