OnePlus has officially unveiled its latest flagship duo the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6 in China. These next-gen smartphones bring huge upgrades in performance, display, and battery life. A global launch is expected later in November 2025.
Let’s take a closer look at what these two new devices bring to the table.
OnePlus 15: The New Flat-Screen Flagship
The OnePlus 15 comes with a bold redesign gone is the curved-edge display, replaced by a completely flat front that gives it a modern, uniform aesthetic.
Display & Design
The new 6.78-inch BOE X3 AMOLED display offers a Full HD+ resolution and an ultra-smooth 165Hz refresh rate. The bezels have been slimmed down to just 1.15mm on all sides, making the phone even more compact and premium.
Compared to its predecessor’s 6.82-inch QHD 120Hz curved panel, this is a major shift toward a cleaner and flatter experience.
Cameras
OnePlus has ditched its long-running Hasselblad partnership, switching instead to Oppo’s Lumo Imaging System.
The triple camera setup includes:
• 50MP main sensor (1/1.56”)
• 50MP 3.5x telephoto (85mm)
• 50MP 16mm ultra-wide
• 32MP front camera for selfies
This new imaging system focuses on natural color tones and faster HDR performance.
Performance & Battery
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 powers the phone, ensuring top-tier performance. But the real headline is its massive 7,300mAh battery the largest ever seen in a OnePlus flagship.
Charging speeds are equally impressive:
• 120W wired charging
• 50W wireless charging
The device ships with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16, offering refined animations and better system efficiency.
OnePlus Ace 6: The Powerhouse with a 7,800mAh Battery
The OnePlus Ace 6, launched alongside the OnePlus 15, is positioned as its performance-focused sibling for the Chinese market. Globally, it’s expected to debut as the OnePlus 15R.
Display & Performance
It sports a slightly larger 6.83-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with the same 165Hz refresh rate, offering buttery-smooth visuals for gaming and scrolling.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Edition, tuned for sustained performance under heavy loads.
Camera Setup
Unlike the triple-camera setup on the flagship, the Ace 6 keeps it simple:
• 50MP main camera
• 8MP ultra-wide
• 16MP front camera
Battery & Charging
The highlight of the Ace 6 is undoubtedly its massive 7,800mAh battery one of the largest in any mainstream flagship. It supports 120W fast charging, though wireless charging is notably absent.

Final Thoughts

If global pricing stays competitive, the OnePlus 15 series could easily become one of the best Android options of the year.
